Our process involves applying professional grade sealants that can not be found at big box stores. Our professional grade coats seal your concrete driveways allowing water to run off the surface instead of soaking into the porous concrete. This process allows the surface to self clean during rain storms, prevents mold and mildew from gaining a foothold and lengthens the time between cleanings effectively saving you money.

What can you, the customer, expect from PressureWorks NorthWest when it comes to getting a quote? You can expect us the pick up the phone every time and listen to what your needs. We can give you a quick estimate over the phone based on your description of the property. You can expect a professional contract, appointment confirmation, follow up, efficient service and pre / post service walk-through.

Price Estimate

We’ve never been afraid to share our pricing structure. According to Home Advisor, the typical sealing and coating job costs between $.50 & $.75 per square foot for a driveway. This of course is typically for the labor part no including the actual material involved in the coating process. Decks and patios will tend to cost between $1.50 and $1.75 due to all the additional surface area. We can work with you on getting a package deal on services in order to save you time and money.

Package Deals

We’d like to save you some cash or credit. It takes time and money to drive to specific locations around the city and as such we want to make sure we can provide you the best value possible on our service. Since we’re already in the neighborhood, we can bundle our services together, encompassing driveway / sidewalk cleaning, windows, roof, house soft wash, patio / deck etc. Bundle and save.

When you call us you expect professionalism, courtesy and a smiling attitude. We are here to help. We will ask about the condition of the home and property. If you wish you can send us a text with some pics.  We can then ascertain a price for the services you are interested in…i.e soft washing your house. At this point we can schedule a walk around at a time that fits both our schedules. A confirmation email will be sent to you via Google Calendar to make sure we have the correct address and contact information.  To get this process started give us a call at 971.260.0236.   • The day of…you’ll receive a text/email when your technician is in route to your home.

  • We ask that all your doors and windows be closed.

  • You don’t have to be home on your day of service (all our services are completed outside).

  • If you are home, our team member will greet your prior to service and follow up after.

  • You’ll receive a quality assurance phone call or email within 48 hours after your service.
